We had a fantastic stay at Cyan Box! The hostel is located in a non-touristy area near a university, allowing us to experience authentic Chinese everyday life. The bus stop right in front of the hotel made it convenient to explore all the tourist locations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff, especially manager Luca, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The reception area was beautifully decorated, giving it a boutique hotel vibe. we had a great experience and would definitely return.

I had the best stay ever at Cyan Box Guest House in Guilin! the location was fantastic, just a few meters away from the beautiful Seven Stars Park. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke fluent English. the WiFi was fast and stable, which was a big plus. the room was clean and spacious, and I loved the separate shower and toilet. the shower was perfect, with plenty of hot water and no noise to disturb me. And to top it all off, they even placed roses in our room because we were on our honeymoon. It truly was an unforgettable experience. Cons: Almost perfect! 😉.

The room I stayed in was a spacious and comfy private room with a reasonable price. I really enjoyed the wooden bunk bed and the cozy atmosphere. The air conditioning in the room was a great perk, especially during the hot weather in Guilin. The city view from the room was amazing, adding an extra touch to my stay at Guilin Cyan Box Hostel. The free WiFi and safe in the room were very convenient amenities. The room provided air conditioning and an electric kettle, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy a cup of tea.

Personally, I didn't like the shared bathroom in the dormitory room. It would have been better if each guest had their own private bathroom.

We stayed at a small hostel that was in a very convenient location. It was not far from the city center and was very close to a major park. We loved the lively atmosphere of the busy street outside. Despite being a budget option, the hostel was clean and the staff spoke English well. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff who made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the delicious food served.

The 24-hour front desk with concierge service and luggage storage made check-in and check-out a breeze. The wooden bunk beds in the dormitory room were not only sturdy but also gave me a sense of adventure, like camping in a cozy cabin. The private room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great value for money. The city view from the room was simply breathtaking. The amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning added an extra level of convenience to my stay. Guilin Cyan Box Guest House provided an experience that was both memorable and affordable.

The hostel provided good food options and had a friendly staff that was always willing to offer tips and advice. The location was also convenient as it was situated near a shopping mall and cinema. the hostel had a bar with affordable products that was perfect for socializing and meeting new people.

The access card system to the room was inconvenient and the requirement to leave the card in a slot by the door disrupted the electric supply in the room. the toilet and shower in the dorm room were not cleaned properly and fresh toilet rolls weren't provided for a couple of days.

Cleanliness was outstanding, with well-maintained hotel facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for transportation options. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The hostel's location is perfect, being really close to the famous park and having a bus stop right in front of it.

Secondly, the staff are very friendly and provide great service. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities. I especially liked the comfortable beds on the third floor.

Jaw-dropping value for money. The location along the main road makes it safe and easily accessible to the city center. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the comfortable bed and fantastic air conditioning, ensure a pleasant stay. And don't forget the great coffee. Highly recommended!
